I am now renting out my home as I will be studying abroad. The home is a well-planned 1.5-room apartment with a sleeping alcove and an open floor plan that provides an airy and social feel. The apartment is perfect for 1–2 people who want to live in a quiet area while still having access to the city and university. The area is very quiet, safe, and close to nature, with several nice walking paths, nature areas, and swimming spots nearby. There are also playgrounds and outdoor seating areas in the area. The nearest public transport is a bus stop with connections to: • Danderyds sjukhus, with convenient transfers to the subway towards Universitetet, Tekniska högskolan, and T-Centralen, among others. • Sollentuna station, where commuter trains are available. By the bus stop, you will also find Hemköp, a pizzeria, a sushi restaurant, and a tailor. Other: • Everything is included in the rent, meaning electricity, water, and internet. • Smoke-free and pet-free home. • A temporary parking permit can be arranged for 500 SEK/month. Please let me know early if this is of interest. You are welcome to write and tell me a bit about yourself. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
