Bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment with a glazed balcony – everything included! I am renting out my nice and well-planned one-bedroom apartment on Getbergsvägen (Bågen). The apartment is 60.5 sqm and located on the second floor, with greenery outside the windows, very limited visibility from the outside, and both morning and evening sun. One of the apartment's major advantages is the spacious kitchen. It offers generous work surfaces, plenty of space for cooking, and lovely natural light with evening sun. The glazed balcony faces southeast and functions as an extra room for a large part of the year. The apartment has a hall, bedroom, living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The bedroom features a large sliding-door wardrobe. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with both a dishwasher and a private washing machine. The monthly rent of SEK 9,500 includes: • Heating and cold and hot water • Household electricity • High-speed broadband (1,000 Mbit/s) including router • TV via Tele2 with approximately 15 channels The apartment is well-heated even during cold winter months, and the temperature can be individually regulated. For those who like it a bit warmer at home, there are good possibilities to maintain an indoor temperature well above 20 degrees Celsius. The building has bicycle storage and a spacious, bookable laundry room. Waste sorting facilities are conveniently located just outside the building. Here you live in a quiet and pleasant area with considerate neighbors, green surroundings, and proximity to the city center. You can reach the pedestrian street by bike in less than five minutes, and a bus stop is only about 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is rented out until further notice. However, we would prefer if you plan to stay for at least one year. Cold garage space can be rented for SEK 200/month.
