Hi, renting out a partially furnished room of 18m2 with a 90 bed, desk and bookshelf with two built-in wardrobes in a 90m2 rental apartment in Johanneberg. 5 min walk to Chalmers and 10 min to GU. Willys, pharmacy and bus stop right outside the door. Rent is 5000 and includes wireless internet, electricity, heating and water. We share common areas such as kitchen, bathroom and toilet. My current tenant has moved into their own apartment, so I am looking for someone to take his place. You will be living with me (Pierre) and my little cat Aretha. I work in the restaurant industry and work evenings. Move-in from November 1st. The first five images are of the room being rented.
