Highly located and well-planned basement house with a total of 122 square meters that really makes use of every square meter. From the front, the house appears as a stylish single-storey house, but inside the door opens up the home in an unexpected and appealing way. The entrance leads you to the upper level where social areas interact with light and space. From here you can access a west-facing balcony with a nice view of the garden and the area below. The balcony becomes a natural extension of the home during the summer months and via stairs you can easily reach the garden, perfect for both everyday life and socializing. The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, creating a comfortable and flexible living floor plan for both family and guests. The basement floor provides extra space that can be used fully and contributes to the house's overall practical character. The garden to the west is complemented by a storage room and offers plenty of space for playing, growing or relaxation. The location is one of the area's better, with an elevated position that provides an airy feeling. Parking is easy in the private garage in the garage lane. The area is quiet and very popular, with Tunaskolan around the corner, several preschools and primary schools nearby and the charming 4H farm in Östra Torn. There is also a Coop store for everyday needs. For commuters, the location is ideal. The Hardeberga railway takes you quickly and easily into town by bicycle, and communications are also good by bus and car. A home that combines a high and attractive location with a well-thought-out floor plan, proximity to service and a safe, pleasant neighborhood. A home to enjoy for a long time.
