Attefall house built approx. 5 years ago for rent. Heating is via electric underfloor heating, which results in a relatively high rent as electricity is expensive. It has its own washing machine with a built-in dryer and its own water heater. High-speed fibre optic network is installed in the Attefall house. A fridge and small freezer, microwave, and oven are included. A dishwasher can be installed if desired. The portable hotplates are brought out when used. The garden is full of apple trees that can be harvested. The garden can be used, but if you plan to host a party with several guests, I would like to be informed and asked if the day and time are suitable, not least because it can be stressful for my dogs. The house is 25 sqm with a spacious bathroom and shower. 2 sleeping lofts of approx. 3-4 sqm each, one with a fixed staircase and the other with a pull-out ladder. A 120 cm wide bed in the one with the fixed staircase and a 90 cm bed in the other. Downstairs there is a leather sofa/sofa bed that converts into a comfortable 140 cm bed if you don't want to sleep in the sleeping loft. TV is available, but you have to arrange your own channels. I have two dogs on the property, which is fenced, so it is also assumed that you are not afraid of dogs and that you are careful to close the gate after yourself. For this reason, I cannot accommodate guests with pets. In winter, it is assumed that you will shovel your path to the street and keep it cleared. It is important that communication works well, so I would like to know a little more about you who want to live here. Write a little about who you are, and we can meet, and I can show you the accommodation, either in person or via a digital viewing. Please note that I will not offer rentals to those with payment remarks! Currently renting out on Airbnb but looking for a more long-term tenant for approx. 1 year at a time or longer if desired. For the right tenant who is prepared to help with snow shovelling in winter and garden work as needed, the rent can be discussed. Please note that everything is included in the rent: waste collection, water, electricity, internet, etc.
