What is the difference between Bofrid and Qasa?
The difference is the business model. Qasa is a managed rental service: listing is free for you as a landlord, but the tenant pays a 5.95% service fee on top of the rent every month (Qasa in Sweden), and the contract and rent payments run through Qasa. That fee pays for a rent guarantee and payment handling, but it also makes your home more expensive to rent. Bofrid is a marketplace: no service fee and no commission on the rent, for you or your tenant. The rent you set is the rent the tenant pays. Samtrygg is a managed sublet service. Bofrid is a marketplace: free listing, unlimited chat with every candidate, and no service fee on the rent for either party.
