Location watches are people who've said they're looking in your area, and you get access to them instantly. Direct applications are people who actively applied to your specific listing, meaning higher intent.
What is the difference between Bofrid and Qasa?
The difference is the business model. Qasa is a managed rental service: listing is free for you as a landlord, but the tenant pays a 5.95% service fee on top of the rent every month (Qasa in Sweden), and the contract and rent payments run through Qasa. That fee pays for a rent guarantee and payment handling, but it also makes your home more expensive to rent. Bofrid is a marketplace: no service fee and no commission on the rent, for you or your tenant. The rent you set is the rent the tenant pays.
