Hello, I am offering a furnished room in Lund, located on Musikantvägen. The distance to LTH is 2 km, although there is a bridge under construction, making it 2.8 km to LTH. The room is furnished. The window faces south/southeast. A jalousie/sunblind is fitted to the window. There is free laundry. A large fridge and a large freezer are shared by 4 people. There is an oven with a stove. The oven is currently out of order but will be fixed. (Microwave and stove are still available.) You will share the apartment with three male tenants; two are working and one is a student. The rent is 5,695 SEK per month, and a deposit of 17,085 SEK is required. Move-in is possible from October 17th onwards. The contract runs until August 31st, 2027. You might be able to arrange a one-year contract if you wish; I believe this is possible, just ask the landlord. Generally, extensions are possible. You can terminate the contract at the end of the rental period, or if you find a tenant to take over your contract. (Or if you make an agreement, such as a 3-month notice period, which can be added to the contract.)
