Hello! I am looking for a quiet female lodger/roommate (NOTE! no men!) I have a 3-room apartment (62 square meters) in Sundsta/Norrstrand where a furnished room is waiting. If you are looking for an overnight apartment, temporary accommodation, or are a distance student, I believe this would be perfect for you! I am a 34-year-old woman who used to work from home but has now started a distance program instead. In my free time, I enjoy playing games, crafting, etc. I also cat-sit very often, so cats are a natural part of everyday life here. For SEK 1250 per week started, the following is included: - Rent (laundry room available) - Broadband - Electricity/heating - From here, you have close to: - Grocery stores - Pharmacy - Bus stops (approx. 15 minutes to the university) - Gym - Restaurants and Cafés - Postal agent You must: - Not be allergic to cats - Not have your own cat or dog - Be smoke and drug-free - Not have any payment remarks - Be prepared to sign a lodger agreement - A deposit will be taken upon signing the contract. Please tell me who you are, what you study/work with, why you are looking for accommodation, and how long you intend to rent the room. I look forward to hearing from you!
