SMALL 1-ROOM APARTMENT WITH KITCHENETTE! Here you live in a unique place, Kålsereds Gård. With nature around the corner and yet only a 15-minute drive to Gothenburg city center. In addition, good public transport by both bicycle and bus. For example, you can cycle on an illuminated bike path to Volvo Cars and Trucks in 7 minutes. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a converted stable. You have access to both a balcony and a patio, as well as direct access to parking (separate agreement) and our beautiful nature around the corner with walking paths. This is a small but cozy apartment. Tiled bathroom with shower. Access to a laundry room in the building. This apartment INCLUDES all household electricity and heating/ventilation, waste management, and water. On the farm, we have an environmental station for household waste. The apartment may possibly be available earlier than December 1st (as the current guest is a bit flexible) - ask! We are keen to ensure that our tenants are the right ones and that everyone will be happy. Here you can have your cat or dog (depending on dog breed). Here you have your private space but are known to the neighbors. :) Other apartments may also become available from us as we have several properties, so it is fine to join the waiting list. Check out our website, read the RENTAL POLICY, and send an email telling us about yourself and what you are looking for. ——— as mentioned, contact us for more information!
