Modern and fully furnished 2-room apartment of 58 sqm, built in 2024, for rent from September 1 to December 31, 2026. The apartment is a separate part of our villa with its own entrance and private terrace. It is located very quietly and close to nature between Torslanda centrum and Hästevik, with greenery, mountains, and nature right outside the large windows. Here you get the feeling of living in the middle of nature, while the nearest bus stop is just under 1 km away. The residence has a spacious living room with large windows, a sofa set, and a dining area, a separate bedroom with a double bed and storage, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, and induction hob. A fully tiled bathroom with a large shower, heated towel rail, and a private washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in. The living room has a 98-inch TV, and there is another TV in the bedroom. Fast Wi-Fi and a private parking space are included. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi/internet, garbage collection, and parking with normal household consumption. We are renting it out because the apartment is a separate part of our villa that we ourselves do not need during the period. We live in the other part of the house, but the apartment has its own entrance and terrace. Dogs and cats are present on the property but do not stay inside the apartment.
